Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the Imperial Pay Sp. oo

§ 1 The Regulations define the rules for the provision by Imperial Pay Sp. o. o. with its registered office in Hajnówka, ul.Kwiatowa9. 17-200 Hajnowka, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Białystok, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, number KRS0001038671, registered as a taxpayer under NIP number 6030082431, with share capital of PLN 5,000.00, which was paid in full, services by electronic means made available as part of the Imperial Pay Sp. z o. o. at the Internet address www.imperial-pay.com

§ 2 The terms used in the Regulations shall be understood as:

• Imperial Pay Sp. z o. o.,
• Regulations – these „Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the Imperial Pay Sp. z o. o.,
• Portal – Imperial Pay Internet Portal, which is a system of websites placed on the Imperial Pay Internet server at the Internet address www.imperial-pay.com, constituting a set of static and dynamic documents, containing graphic files, scripts and other elements of the set connected with mutual relations,
• ICT system – a set of cooperating IT devices and software, ensuring processing and storage, as well as sending and receiving data via telecommunications networks using a terminal device appropriate for a given type of network within the meaning of the Act of 16 July 2004 – Telecommunications Law,
• provision of services by electronic means – performance of a service provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (remotely), through the transmission of data at the individual request of the recipient, sent and received using devices for electronic data processing and storage,
• User – an entity using the Portal,
• Services – services provided by Imperial Pay by electronic means, referred to in § 3 sec. 1 of the Regulations,
• Return e-mail – an e-mail sent by Imperial Pay to the User’s address provided in the Loan Application,
• „Cookies” – small text information, saved on the User’s device used to browse websites, which allow to customize the Services and content to the individual needs and preferences of the User, as well as to compile general statistics on the use of the Services by Users.

§ 3

1. Pursuant to the Regulations, Imperial Pay within the Portal provides the User with electronic services, in particular:

a) information related to Imperial Pay’s offer and activity,

b) e-mail address – a service enabling the User to send inquiries related to the Imperial Pay offer to Imperial Pay,

c) return e-mail – a service enabling Imperial Pay to confirm data,

d) entering and updating personal data,

e) sending messages or inquiries to Imperial Pay.
